8 out of 10 female MSFers agree that footwear is very important when gaining an overall opinion of a date.

Our latest survey of 1500 mysinglefriend.com members has also revealed that 92% of MSF's ladies judge a man by his shoes on a first date.

83% of MSF men had also recognised that arriving in bad shoes can be a big turn-off.

So important is a man’s footwear that 65% of those females polled said a second date wouldn't be on the cards if the man's shoes weren't up to scratch!

So remember chaps, don't just take your footwear in your stride as your brogues, sneakers or flip-flops could make a bigger impression than you first thought.
