"*Live report from Paris*

EU Leaders come together for crunch talks on the future of the Euro and Adrian C.

Leaders from across the Eurozone met today to hammer out a deal that would save the short term future of the Euro and lay the platform for Adrian C's future dating successes.

After 12 hours of tough negotiations, both Chancellor Merkel and President Sarkozy showed a united front when appearing before the press.

"This is a historic day for not just the Eurozone, but women across London", said Chancellor Merkel. "What we have done is not only ensure that a suitable package was put together for Greece, but also to ensure that a long term package was right for women in the London area. We could find no better option that to promote Adrian C.".

President Sarkozy explained the details behind Adrian: "We were looking for someone that would make signing up to My Single Friend worthwhile. Someone who was the life and soul of party, who you could put in a room of strangers and he would chat to all of them. His success in PR, working on some of the biggest campaigns of the last decade was a boon, as was his ability to cook, amazing capacity for anecdotes, charm, wit, and overall winning personality. My wife, Carla Bruni, told me only today that it's a shame she's married to me whilst Adrian is available. I understood her position."

Ms Merkel added that Adrian's height and looks were sure to appeal to a wide audience.

The markets reacted favourably with both the FTSE and Dow Jones rising 4% on the news, and visits to the MSF website up 10%. One analyst said, "we may be in an age of austerity, but that doesn't mean women should settle for second best."

A preview of tomorrow's papers also showed widespread acclaim for Adrian. The Sun is running with "Hello Girls!" in a Best of British feature, while the Daily Mail states: "Finally the EU gives something back to the UK." Justin Bieber was said to be devastated by the news."

It's certainly topical. If you'd like to get in touch with Adrian and discuss the Euro crisis, or something a little more light hearted, you can view his dating profile here.
