When You Least Expect It

This gorgeous photo was taken on Sophie and Dave's first holiday in Cyprus. This lucky couple met back in April. Here's Sophie's email:

"My best friend and I were very hungover and spotted an ad for MSF whilst doing a little bit of internet stalking. I was perfectly happy with my free and independent bachelor-girl lifestyle and thought internet dating was for old, desperate types (I know, I know, harsh). We browsed the members of mysinglefriend.com and I liked what I saw.

Once I registered I was addicted immediately, sent out about ten messages and hungrily waited for the replies. I received a few messages that day which I dutifully replied to (I don’t like to ignore anyone), one of which was from David who had referred to my filthy sense of humour. I liked that.

After a fortnight, we arranged a date for a fortnight later (I’m a busy girl after all!) and swapped numbers. Anticipating the first date was nerve-racking – we both had such high expectations. I picked a dark venue so as to be flattering to imperfections! However, it went like a dream and we arranged our second date for later that week.

And the rest, as they say, is history. I can't believe all the coincidences that had to go in to our meeting - clichéd as it sounds, I never expected to find love on MSF, but they do say these things happen when you least expect it."
