Where to Holiday in '09?

MSFer John wants to know your suggestions for the best place for him and a friend to holiday this summer, to meet new people and catch some rays.

"We're looking for sun, nice beaches, a lively nightlife, good food and the chance to explore more than just the resort where you stay."
