In addition, we've now changed our payment system so that your payment will automatically re-bill when it’s up for renewal, allowing continuous subscription. 

With more than 60% of you wanting this feature (thank you for filling out our surveys and polls, folks!) we are mindful of those who may not! So, we have ensured you can stop this at any time, should you wish.

This re-billing system won’t happen to you until you next pay. You’ll then be able to click ‘my profile’ and then ‘my account’ to see how to turn off the billing with immediate effect. We will also send you an email letting you know when your next payment is due.
