You’ve had a grim day at work, you want to shout and moan and slag people off. Paul’s your man. You need to set up a sound system, you need to fix your telly, you need to go shopping for cocktail mixers. Paul’s your man. You’d like to brave a new sport, explore a new city, climb a mountain, discover a remote beach, learn salsa. And the tango. Paul’s your man.

You’d like to shut your eyes, open an atlas, point at a random place, and go there. Paul’s your man. You want to talk till dawn, be silent, read a book, have your feet massaged, stop worrying, put the world to rights, have a laugh, get rid of spiders by putting them out of the window. Paul’s your man. You can't be bothered to cook tonight. If you ask nicely, Paul's...you've got the idea. But what he'll do is take you out to dinner.
