Responding to emails

We've had a few blog requests asking that we remind MSF'ers to respond to all emails, if they can.

The community would really appreciate you replying if you aren't interested. We know that you are busy/totally irresistible, but a quick reply would be most welcome.

For those of you wondering why you sometimes don't get a reply, we've been sent some interesting blog feedback from a few people explaining that if an email is badly thought out, poorly spelled or just not cutting the mustard, they may not feel inclined to reply.

So there's a tip... and straight from the horses mouth! Make the effort, read the profiles and refer to them - you'll grab their attention.
