Success story: Susan and Graham

Ooh, it's a bit unpleasant out there today, isn't it? You've probably just squelched and splashed your way into work and are now shivering at your desk as the water creeps slowly from the hem of your trousers to your knees. Horrible. Well, we've got a couple of things that will cheer you up: it's very nearly the weekend (we hope you've got some dates lined up) and we've got another mysinglefriend.com success story for you. Let us introduce you to Susan and Graham who are getting married in August.

"Graham had been on MSF for about 18 months," Susan told us. "He'd had a few dates and short-term relationships, but nothing long-lasting. He just happened to give it 'one last chance' when we met. I had never tried online dating before, but wanted to meet some new people and hoped I might meet someone worth more than the odd dinner! Our first date was very low key. We met in a pub in Wendover for a drink and stayed for a bite to eat as we got on with each other. I was 20 minutes late, and Graham had almost given up waiting! We found we had a similar sense of humour.

Our marriage is taking place in St. Mary's Church in Old Amersham and the reception will be in the fields surrounding our house which is five minutes down a private dirt track. It will be a very country wedding, but it'll be gorgeous. Our honeymoon will be at Lake Garda."
