Here’s our newest addition to the mysinglefriend.com success stories: Ade and Lisa from Hertfordshire.

The couple met 3 years ago and got engaged this summer. The photo below was actually taken just before the proposal. Ade’s emailed in to let us know about their first date and his interesting stag-do plans.

“It was the first week of January, Lisa was ill but braved the gloomy weather for our date. The pub was so cold that we gave up after a while. Rather than letting Lisa freeze waiting at the train station I offered her a lift, meaning our date could continue.

That drive home was, of course, the best part of the date – the car was warm, we had a good natter and from that point we realised our similar interests.

We’ve just bought a house in Dorset which we're renovating, then we’ll start the wedding plans. The one thing I am already sorting is my Stag Do, which will be James Bond-style and somewhere in Europe.”
