Sarah Beeny, mysinglefriend.com founder and resident queen of online dating tips, is back in your living room tonight with a new series of Help! My House Is Falling Down.

The series features some unfortunate home owners with problems ranging from dodgy foundations to brick eating bees but, luckily, Sarah is at hand with her team of experts to step in and lend a hand.

The series begins tonight on Channel 4 at 8pm.
