The Year of Making Love

A new TV show, The Year of Making Love, is a huge and ambitious experiment creating 500 new couples all at once using the power of science. Dating experts will match up 500 young couples based on complex algorithms that cross reference potential partners based on a huge variety of criteria, including a compatibility test. 

In a spectacular, televised dating event which will take place in January 2012,  1000 young singletons looking for love will meet the partner whom our dating experts think is just perfect for them. The show will follow couples over the course of a year to find out if this science really does work and if there really is a formula for Making Love.

The show, which is to be broadcast on BBC3, is currently looking for singletons who are serious about finding love to take part in this groundbreaking dating experiment.
