Be careful with your personal details

It's common for us to see users exchanging email addresses and phone numbers on the first contact (no we don't read all your messages!).
Can we please remind you again to be careful with your personal details. Make sure you give out an email address (if you have to) that doesn't have your first and last name in it (DOH!) and do please use MSF to get to know someone before diving in.
