About her
Growing up in Scotland, I’ve always felt a strong connection to ‘the North’ aka the Highlands. Road trips, dogs, long walks and fresh air have, over time, become the immovable cornerstone of my life. I suppose it goes without saying that my idea of a perfect day would be locating and completing a new trail or path and ending the day with a home cooked meal, a glass of wine and a couple of tired dogs.
In truth, I’m not much of a drinker, but will occasionally indulge in a good Riesling or a Gewürztraminer (if you know what that is, I will likely be impressed). I also love a glass of red wine on a stay-at-home steak night, but open to suggestions on that front. On the food front, I enjoy going out for seafood and Japanese but make most other things at home where I like to keep it healthy.
Very briefly, a bit more about me and things I enjoy; I love history, documentaries, world affairs and a small dose of politics for good measure. I also love culture, travel, architecture and art.
To summarise, dogs, family, culture, travel and a healthy lifestyle are all important to me (just don’t ask me to put those things in order lol). I enjoy my work but it can be a bit dry and intense at times so I do love to laugh. And if I met someone who could make me laugh, well who knows…?
