About her
I'm warm, articulate, intelligent - originally from Newcastle upon Tyne, brought up in Cork, Ireland and have lived in the south of England now for many years where I work in Kent and London as a psychotherapist.
I have lived and worked in Ireland and Turkey, - also the Lake District and Scotland. I would consider moving if the relationship was right. I have a small close knit family who are in the North of England and Thailand. I have few ties.
I'm a bit off the beaten track though not actually insane !. I know what I like, who I am, what I believe in. I don't need to express that through materialism -- life experiences mean much more to me. Fairly well travelled - US, Mexico, Paris, Versailles, Egypt, extensively across Turkey, love Istanbul and the Aegean coastline. I don't have a bucket list, nor do I need to climb Kilimanjaro or explore the polar ice caps...
The great outdoors inspires me -- walking, being by the sea. If drinking is one of your main or only activities, I'm probably not your ideal match.
I can be great fun, have a good sense of adventure, and would like a relationship - understanding however that getting to know one another takes time.

I don't like to prescribe what kind of person I'm looking for - but optimism, kindness, and a sense of humour are likely to go a long way..Turnoffs - drunkeness. If your profile pic has your last partner spliced off at the shoulder or highlighting the prominence of a pint of ale.... probably not my type.
Professional solvent person. Intelligence and faithfulness are important to me.
Race and ethnicity unimportant.
Differences are fine by me.. compatibility scores are overrated.. you can't match chemistry by an algorithm...differences might give us something to talk about...
Physically I'm not keen on beards shallow as that may seem - its also true. I keep myself in shape so would hope for a match who does similar.
