I'm almost always guaranteed to make people laugh, for one reason or another. Like yesterday, I sat down for a brew with my Mum in M&S, she turns to me and says 'what do you know about tog ratings? Can you help us out?' gesturing to the man opposite us. After I gave what was quite frankly a very in-depth report on tog ratings and the varieties available from M&S, he left and when I asked who he was, 'no idea' was her reply.
