I'm a kind, caring, loyal person with a big heart so I'm told and always willing to make the effort or go that extra mile. Although quite discerning at times I'm pretty easy going. I'm passionate about nutrition and well being and love learning about it so I chose it as my business venture. I like to see the funny side of life. I do principle weight training, Pilates and walking. I'm quite athletic. My bucket list is too long to mention. I'd like to meet a dynamic successful man with a sparky personality who's kind, caring and romantic who's interesting and still up for adventure. Own hair and teeth would be a good attribute . ;- )

My ( Best ) friend Helena is the most interesting person I have ever met - she is smart, very sociable ( I don't think that there is a subject she knows nothing about! - she is like a walking encyclopedia ).
