I have known Helen since the age of 11 when we were in the school netball and hockey teams whilst wearing our white airtex blouses and red mini skirts! That's sure to have caught your eye! However some years later we still find ourselves good friends and just as competitive at Pilates and skiing (and the odd arm wrestle) but the airtex and mini are now optional!

Helen most certainly enjoys life to the full - she has a chirpy and sparky character, and at times an extremely wicked sense of humour. She has a caring and thoughtful nature - and I really don't mean that in a sappy way, more that she is dependable and I know that she is only a phone-call away.

Helen is happy whether wildlife spotting in Borneo, watching a film and a enjoying a good bottle of wine or getting down to 'Oops-up-side-your-head' or grooving to old school hip-hop at your auntie's 60th!
