James is going to be a great catch for somebody who is willing to put a bit of work in. Do not apply if you want someone shallow, outgoing and flash. He is not interested in people who are brazen, overtly happy or clubby types. If you want to meet someone who is quiet to start with, a little shy but ultimately thoughtful, interesting and very funny at times, then James could be the one for you. He really loves music - both classical and rock and roll - and has introduced me to some great music in the past. His humour is very cynical and if you want to get him going just mention politics as he has a thing or two to say about most things. He is quite opinionated but is also willing to listen to all sides of an argument before wading in.

He has a very warm side to him too, once you get to know him, and his loyalty is second to none. I can't imagine him ever messing anyone around and if any of our mutual friends needs some help, James is normally the first to be called. He is brilliant with our baby daughter, even though his experience with children is limited, and he has really grown into the role of surrogate uncle!

We are at a loss and very frustrated that he is yet to find someone, so I really hope that the potential one is reading this.
