Wow.. despite my mate Donna's amazing introduction this doesn't make this any easier...I will try... I have a great job in tv - editing - which I love, a great new place (I even have cushions - and yes I am a straight man), I have awesome friends and family (when I don't want to kill them) but... when it comes to meeting new people - even offering a nice girl a drink - I am pretty useless... ok completely useless... But this is all I want - the cherry on the cake would be to have a chance to meet a nice girl and go for a drink and then who knows what might happen? You could at least go for the drink and see...

Jay is the nicest yet coolest guy you're ever going to meet - literally. Maybe that's his problem - girls like the bad boys. If you like bad boys then poor you. If you like really lovely, generous, thoughtful, funny, kind hearted and social people then you're not going to get much better than Jay. I even trust him with my bank pin number. And to top it off he's bloody clever, has a cool job in TV production, is good looking and enjoys shopping!!! (not with my pin number hopefully).
So you're probably wondering why he's still single right? Well this is because for some reason Jay lacks a little confidence. A mild disability (which I forget he even has) is probably the root - I hope he doesn't mind me saying that. But seriously, it's a small thing that is counterbalanced by so much else it topples the pros and cons list ridiculously. OK so sometimes I have to ask him to repeat himself - but seriously I have to do that with some of my other mates and they don't even have an excuse, no biggie.
I'm really hoping that being able to sell Jay myself (as he's way too modest) will help him find the girl of his dreams. And that's going to be one really lucky girl.
Just watch out - he eats like a human dustbin, likes sardines and is grumpy when tired. These little things you would have to live with!
