Hi, I’m Sab
With one gorgeous independent Teen son, I’m 5’8, 57, an ‘East Africa Asian’, postgrad, HRM career background, London based, I’m enjoying my first ever career break!
This has been a fantastic opportunity to give something back and follow my heart! I volunteer with three charities and have loved supporting both children and adults.
In life I like to set myself some challenges and trying out new things. I also enjoy mindfulness, yoga and hula hooping (yes!) daily. I sing in a local choir and just about anywhere else! I love music!!
My close circle describe me as fun loving and probably a bit mischievous. I’m the planner in our group and love to plan surprises for just about any reason at all!
I also love to travel both near and far and have been fortunate to travel to many different destinations some off the beaten track and some packages. Lots of domestic travel in the last couple of years.
In any free time I visit outdoor spaces from NT locations to local green spaces. Love galleries, exhibitions, learning new things, meeting new people, walking and discovering. I host a local card/board games group.
I’m naturally curious about most things and have many hobbies and interests. I’m auditory so listen to podcasts, books, music, speech radio whilst creating, exercising, cooking ….
I’m blessed with large and lovely extended family, a great circle of friends and just love life!
My heart felt wish is to meet a gentleman who is similar in outlook. Happy in himself, content with life, kind hearted, honest with himself and others, emotionally intelligent, maybe spiritual and who wants to continue to develop in mind, body and spirit. Definitely glass half full, always smiling and able to laugh through life’s ups and downs.
I would like that special someone to hold my hand physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Sab has a natural way of making people feel at home, no matter what their culture or language is. I'll never forget when she met my elderly grandmother on holiday and they just chatted away, even though they spoke completely different languages! Not totally surprising as Sab thrives on new challenges and she has a really warm, considerate and respectful manner. She has a high level of integrity, a positively reflective nature and a certain intellectual maturity too.
That said, Sab loves social get-togethers and she is a great party organiser - both children and grown-up events. She is a mean cook, a brilliant hostess and she enjoys having her friends round for an evening of laughter, deep conversation and yummy food.
So what would Sab's ideal partner be like? I'd say, someone with that rare combination of emotional intelligence and good wholesome humour, someone who is open and honest and someone who is as comfortable at a big family do as they are relaxing at home. Someone down-to-earth but good fun!
