Toria, or Vicky as we normally call her, is definitely one of a kind. That's not a back-handed compliment either. She really is up there as one of the nicest, kindest, most genuine people that I can call a friend.

Game for a laugh? Definitely, even if it's at her own expense, given her brand of ditzy intelligence. Nights out in town? Definitely, and she can turn any 'quick pint' into a full-blown event to remember.

There are so many aspects to her personality and her range of hobbies and interests that it's hard to write about them given the space available here. That's not me copping out, it's because this Spanish-speaking, sports-watching, book-reading teacher is not one to be pigeon-holed.

Like a swiss army friend, she will happily climb a mountain, watch a film or dress up for dinner, and can be relied upon to ensure everyone is having as much fun as she is.

The problem with this is that she sometimes forgets about herself, and has somehow ended up single. This is a shame as she has an awful lot to offer to the right guy. Although she's been accused of being picky, knowing Vicky as well as I do, I know that this is simply to avoid wasting her free time with those similar to the children she teaches!
