Over the past 10 years, having worked with Sylvia, had many nights out, and spent many a spa weekend away together, I've been exposed to enough of her traits to give an honest view!

In her professional life, Sylvia is very passionate and dedicated to her work, and is pretty intelligent too. She's done the odd 'MSc', and is ruminating about a PhD, but that's all time allowing. She enjoys the occasional debate, and usually holds her own well, even after a glass of wine!

On the subject of wine, Sylvia enjoys this tipple, but is equally up for meeting friends for a decent refreshment of tea or coffee, with a scone or cake thrown in. She likes socialising and entertaining, and has great taste for good surroundings, so a night in or a night out, is relaxed and enjoyable.

Her hobbies include swimming, holidays, travelling, she has an appreciation of 'little cars' (previously owned a Suzuki Cappuccino, and a Figaro), and a keen interest in 'anything to do with properties'.

She enjoys keeping active, and is often up for something new. She likes cycling, walking, swimming, and has tried her hand at fencing in the past. In less energetic moments, she hasn't been averse to the odd game of conkers! In recent times, she enjoys boot camp - all of these things are when time allows.

On a serious note, Sylvia is a great person to know, funny, interesting, and thoughtful. She enjoys her independence, but will also go to any lengths to help a real friend in need.
