About her
It's taken me a while to sign up to My Single Friend due in equal part to my technophobia and the fact I find it deeply uncomfortable to list anything I'd consider an achievement - which may in part explain why Kirsty's profile of me below doesn't have the usual information. That and it made us laugh. If it catches your attention then that's a good place to start.
Now I've taken the plunge and joined I should say something about myself: I love my life and my family and friends, and the time I spend with them makes it worthwhile. Despite my sense of humour I am sincere. I love the excitement of going out and finding new adventures but sometimes there's nothing better than staying in with a nice cup of tea watching The Great British Bake Off. I'm interested in other people and the world. I'd hope I'm a loyal friend, compassionate and, on a good day after an excellent night's sleep and a fair breeze behind me, great company.
That's it really. If you don't like the sound of me from that it won't really matter where I've been on holiday, if I've got a pet or how long it takes me to run 5km (whatever the answer, I'd love it to be a little quicker). There's time enough to find out all that exciting stuff if we meet up!

Jennie loves to dance. Sometimes she does this to music.
Jennie also loves wine (though will drink tea if pushed) and, when she is not listening to 6 Music, loves to read a good book or spend time with friends.
As research for her (as yet untitled, unwritten) book on the best places to go of an evening in Liverpool, Jennie is always willing to try new bars and restaurants. If they allow her back the bar staff often remember her name, and order.
Jennie will tell you that she is the innocent victim of the 'adventures' she finds herself on, though the husbands of several friends have banned them from going out with her without a responsible adult. You will have to judge for yourself!
Why should you go out with Jennie? Sweet, caring and kind: Jennie would love to be all of these. Meanwhile, she tells me that last week she crossed an old lady over the road, though "it took me longer than I expected"! Any man who wants a date with Jennie will have strong competition, as she sleeps with Hercule Poirot every night.
