She laughs, she talks, she runs, she bakes!
Think chocolate brownies, a great cup of tea and fabulous long chats punctuated with hearty laughter... And (if you're so inclined... Which hopefully you are) then wrap it all up with running shoes, and a path along the beach; this is the Tash equivalent of a great weekend.

In truth there could also be a movie and a meal out thrown in for good measure, but it doesn't need to be flashy and it should be substance over style, authenticity over flair.

At her core she is a carefree adventurer who is, in equal measures, confident enough to do her own thing and fiercely loyal and committed to those she cares for. I feel privileged to call her my great friend (thought this doesn't mean I want to do the running thing with her so please "apply" and take the pressure off me!)

In our years of friendship we have swanned through Sydney, danced in Dublin, eaten (haggis) in Edinburgh, galavanted through Glasgow and most recently toured Tanzania... Probably talking the whole time! We have crossed the world to visit one another and I know we will continue the tradition regardless of where life takes us.

She does have her faults however... So if you're looking for someone who can (at midnight) find where you parked the car in London then Tash is not your girl. Nor is she the one to trust your keys with - she might just put them in the luggage of someone flying to Australia. You will then find yourself enjoying an emergency dash to soak up the comforts of Heathrow terminal 5 departures for a good 4 hours until the gate staff finish their shift and can return said keys to you. In the meantime you will have eaten dinner from a vending machine and watched about a thousand people say their farewells. The good news is she lets you regale people with these sorts of tales all in good humour and when you look back you will realise or you had a good time despite the calamity!

If you're genuine and up for jogging 5km's this would be a good start.
