About her
Since retiring 18 months ago, I have been enjoying more of my interests than ever. I like travelling as well as various other interests such as industrial archaeology, art, family and local history, cooking, dancing and meeting friends, though there are many more.
I am happy with my life but just feel that something is missing - someone to share it with.

OK, here we go! I have known Jane since we started grammar school in '63 - so feel qualified to speak!!
She is a good friend, utterly dependable, kind, down to earth, family orientated, organised, conscientious and up for new things.
Jane retired in Sep-14 after working full-time for most of her life (in computers and then housing) and is discovering what she'd like to do for herself. Some of these things involve languages, sugarcraft, belly dancing, art, industrial archaeology as well as trying to sort her house and travelling.
She is devoted to a nervous rescue cat who is now relaxed enough to accept her attentions!
Jane retains long-term friendships and returned to live in the south coast village where she grew up. She has had a few long relationships - the last was of 17 years duration, though they kept separate homes, and travelled and socialised together.
There is time and space in her life now to share with somebody kind, active and adventurous. She still drives fast and expertly as befits the rally driver she was!
On the other hand - she's a neat freak, tirelessly logical and a bit hard on herself.
If you could charm Jane enough to get her to accept your attentions - the way she managed with her cat - you'll have a seriously loyal and receptive lady!
