About her
In the moments I get spare from my day job as a teacher I enjoy travelling, a little running and yoga, cooking or dining out and spending time with my friends and family. Additionally, my hobbies have recently included shooting (don't stop reading! I'm not a maniac, I shoot with my dad at a local rifle club) and baking (making my friend's wedding cake). My friends say I'm a bit of a shopaholic but I disagree, just the odd nice dress and lipstick here and there, to keep looking polished!!
I like to try new things, but was a little cautious when my friend suggested I get a profile made for this site. I immediately thought of all the horror stories I had heard years ago when internet dating started, but promised I'd at least give it a go. As they say, you've got to speculate to accumulate.
Consequently, I'm hoping there's someone out there a little like me who is perhaps a little trepidatious about the whole thing but ready to dip their toe in the water to see what it's like!

Heather is like five different people all rolled into one glamorous package! She's a brilliant cook but loves going out to eat too.
