About her
I’m happy, sincere and active. I am a lawyer but actually studied science at university. When I was little I watched lots of BBC documentaries and David Attenborough is an idol!
I live London life to the full - I’m on the go with work and seeing friends during the week and at the weekend I try to do a swim or a yoga class, or spend more time catching up with friends, for example an evening in Brixton Village or a movie and drinks. But that’s keeping up with the London pace!
I love to travel (who doesn’t!) and I have been lucky that I have been able to explore all sorts of countries. My favourite trips have been to China and Japan. I am always interested in hearing other people’s stories and experiences from their own travels.
When away I like to pack in seeing the sights and exploring, for example snorkelling/ diving or hiking to a view point. I love skiing and like to try to ski every winter. I am adventurous and can be spontaneous, although I enjoy planning and imagining the possibilities. While travelling I have been known to get a bit scared (for example spotting bear prints half way through a mountain trail!), but I’m not afraid to ask my friends for a morale boosting hug!
I am looking for someone who is down to earth, active, shares their thoughts and ideas, and always wants to see what’s round the next corner.

I have known Nicky for 12 years, since we met at university. She is brilliant - she combines an enthusiasm for adventure with a kind and generous personality. Nicky's a great person to share your thoughts with and somebody I trust and who's opinion I value. She also makes the best gluten-free cakes south of the Thames!
Nicky is a successful lawyer but this doesn't control or run her life - quite the opposite in fact! In her spare time she sails, skis, cooks, swims, runs, reads and socialises. It's a long list but somehow she squeezes it all in.
Nicky's well travelled and is great at planning foreign adventures and weekends away. She sometimes needs a bit of a shove to jump off the metaphorical bungee platform, but that's what friends are for! She normally thanks you afterwards...
I think the perfect person for Nicky would be adventurous, outgoing and caring - both able to push and support her as required. You'd also better be prepared to defend your opinions!
