Mike is a solid and dependable, he is a gentleman and will literally help you over a muddy puddle even if he is knee high in mud himself. He is happiest when outside running, walking, camping, he is also a keen cricket fan and reader. He is an ultra runner and you will find him out regularly out on the trails, a partner who runs is not a necessity but would be an advantage. I have run hundred of miles and it's never a dull moment.
