I am from London and apart from university up north and a six or so years in Australia I have lived here all my life.
I work in the monster business, designing them for films and illustrating them for books. If this sounds silly and not like a real job then you are either my father (hi, Dad) or just trampling on my dreams. I also write and am working a book that I hope to finish before I die.
Having tried kung fu and flying trapeze I have finally settled on fencing as my sport of choice. I play with swords twice and week and I will try to convert you if I get the chance. I also play squash and climb rocks, but these are mere flirtations.
Otherwise I like the usual stuff - movies, museums and box sets. I read a lot and have recently discovered Kindle. There is also travel, mostly city breaks at the moment, and I would love to get back into camping and adventure sports.
