I am a kind, sociable, down to earth person who enjoys a good laugh. I like 6 music, going to gigs and the cinema with a coffee or a beer. I love Yoga, I practice most days and teach Yoga too. I also love the sea ( have even been known to go Paddleboarding ) , and sausage dogs. Sarah is funny, kind and creative. She is the kind of person who likes to get out and about, and is always up for going to a good gig, new exhibition or quirky film. She's very well travelled and knowledgable, while also being beautiful and a right laugh. I met Sarah in 2004 - she was my yoga teacher and one night after class we got chatting about 24. I was relieved she liked it too because I thought it might not be very yogic, but it turns out Sarah is the most down-to-earth yoga teacher ever - that she loves addictive, thrilling TV and strong coffee while also being able to stand on her head.
