To picture Gareth (my big brother), think of Steven Seagal in 'Under Siege': Gareth's a fully qualified chef (and we're talking more Michelin star, less McDonald's) but his skills go way beyond the kitchen; he's the strong and silent type and has the muscles to prove it, and he's fearless when it comes to extreme sports - and most other things in life, for that matter.
