I asked a friend to describe my sense of humour in one word. Brutal, was the word she decided on. So I ignored her and asked another. Cutting, was the response. I’m going for dry.....
I am happily divorced, with two teenage children whose main topics of conversation are where have I hidden the chocolate and are there any clean socks? So it would be good to meet someone interesting and witty to chat to.
I love to travel, and I hope that one day soon that will be possible again. Most of my spare time is taken up with our local theatre, where I have done just about everything, including acting, directing, stage management and even a poetry slam (not as pretentious as it sounds!). In the last couple of years I have discovered a passion for writing, and last year my first play was performed at the theatre (proud moment!).
