That doesn't mean jumping out of a plane every day, but seeing the positives in life whether it's traveling to a new country for an adventure or curling up with a good book. I love good food and wine, although I am far from a conisoir. I'm also into cinema, ballet and live music of all kinds, but most of all I love to laugh, it really is the best medicine...
