I met Liz when were 11, on the first day of school and she is essentially the same lovely person today. She looked and looks like an angel with blond hair with a fringe - always slim, with a sporty physique and a pretty smiley face... then we played hockey, but now her sports are tennis and walking. She always loved music of all types and was in the school choir. I think she might sing in a choir now.

Liz read Spanish at University and spent a year abroad in South America- she still loves to travel and has had a career in TV. She is really good company and can talk to anyone about anything and is a real good laugh. In fact she has an infectious laugh, which I can hear now. She comes from a loving family and I used to like her late parents very much. She is a supportive and loving sister to her 2 brothers and their families, a great mother to her son and daughter and a true friend to her wide circle of friends. She dresses with informal elegance.

Liz likes to dance and went to Salsa classes. She is interested in all the arts and entertainments. An important characteristic is that she copes with whatever life throws with humour, equanimity and optimism. She is a real proper all round person, whom I am proud to call my friend. I think that anyone would be really lucky to spend some time with her. I hope that they will be as high quality a person as she is!
