Andrew is smart, interesting and a genuinely good guy - I can say this with confidence, as I've known him all my life. He is extremely loyal - someone who can always be relied upon by those lucky enough to be his friends and family. Career-wise he's hardworking and motivated, but not to the exclusion of an interesting and varied personal life.

Andrew is brilliant company and the sort of person who adapts to any social situation. He is equally at home in a chic city nightspot as in a country pub and can engage in intelligent conversation as easily with new acquaintances as with old friends. He is knowledgeable and has his own opinions, but is also a good and understanding listener (so is not overly keen on places where it is too loud to hear yourself think!). Andrew is gentlemanly and well-mannered and errs on the side of being reserved when showing his feelings. He possesses an excellent sense of humour which is dry and witty - clever without being unkind.

Andrew's interests tend to be related to the arts. He loves reading (fiction and non-fiction equally) and always has at least one book on the go. He enjoys films, mostly art-house, but also the better blockbusters. He loves going to the theatre and visiting art galleries and museums, but would probably say living in London he should go more often. His taste in music is broad - his first love being 1960s pop and soul but extending to rock, jazz and some contemporary stuff. Andrew enjoys dining out, appreciating both fine food and simple, authentic fare. He enjoys travelling and loves sailing when he gets the opportunity. I wouldn't describe him as sporty but he likes being active and keeping fit, is a member of a gym and enjoys country walks.

Andrew tends to be attracted to well-educated ladies who can engage in intellectually stimulating conversation.
Pet-hates: insincerity; being interrupted mid-sentence; poor coffee - so let him make it!
