Hi!
Describing myself is surprisingly difficult! Well, I'm a law reporter who is working on becoming a full-time author.
I love reading and writing but also seeing friends and generally doing anything creative. I suppose I'm slightly geeky, and I enjoy board games, curry, nice pubs and drinking tea. Although I'm not incredibly sporty I like being outdoors in the countryside near where I live.
As far as life goals are concerned - well, I'm still working that out, but I think a nice house in the country and never having to commute again would be a very good place to start...

I'd like to meet someone who is fun to be with, kind, and honest. Being into something creative would be great too. Beyond that, it's hard to say, although good conversation is definitely a must!

Toby is one of the most excellent people I know and I bullied him into going on mysinglefriend because I figured that the ladies of the world deserve the opportunity to meet him. Of course this may well undermine my own chances on the site!
Toby is amazingly easy to talk to and can hold an entertaining conversation on just about any topic from the distinctly high brow to the absurd, making him an excellent dinner guest or just someone to drag down the pub! If down the pub, of course, Toby is a man to have on your quiz team as he has a bizarre but encyclopedic knowledge of stuff which only falls down on sports and popular TV.
As well as being some kind of lawyer (yawn!) he's an author, and has written some very funny books they are too as he has a wicked sense of humour!
Above all Toby is a proper English Gentleman - courteous, honest, and polite... oh yeah and he drinks copious quantities of tea!
