Hi, I'm Jay, 35 (still feel 25) live with my brother in Carlton, Notts. I'm kinda nerdy, very into music and quite a variety of it! I'm really into woodwork/joinery projects. I'm something of an introvert, I'm generally shy until you get to know me. Recently intrigued by things I used to find boring, landscapes, ornithology, geology, camping, National Trust locations. Hi there interwebs!
I have for your dating pleasure my best mate Jamie Rowson. I've known Jay for near enough half my life and throughout various ups and downs he has always been a constant, always in my corner, always willing to listen, always wanting to help.
Jay is hard working, honest, fun loving, gentlemanly...yes I just know that ok! He is passionate about music and has an eclectic taste to boot. He's a massive fan of The Beatles, Bob Marley, The Rat Pack all the way up to Oasis and the rest of the late 90's indie fest!
He's also a keen musician himself and often unwinds playing guitar, keyboard and the ukelele...yes...ukelele. If you're lucky, he'll probably write a song about you. It'll be sappy as ote but if that's something you dig, get involved!
He loves to read, I don't, so I have no idea what :S. He's partial to a good film and is a fan of good grub; by no means a foodie but knows a good curry!
Although not a builder by trade, he's spent the last 6 months building his parents new house and simply hasn't had time to date; since that's winding down he's just about ready to get out there. Reason I say "Just about" is because Jay is quite shy and often doubts himself and what an awesome dude he is!
If I know him well, you'll be the kind of lady who loves music, possibly plays an instrument, loves to read, has a quirky sense of humour and an embracing liberal outlook on the world.
