I'm 42, divorced and mother of two boys, aged 10 and 12. I have had my own successful personal training business for seven years and enjoy the flexibility this offers me.
I consider myself to be a kind, thoughtful, straightforward and honest person and these are qualities that I am looking for in a partner.
About her ideal match
It's difficult to say who my ideal match would be but kindness and honesty is very important to me. I love the outdoors so would be great to meet someone who enjoys long walks on the Downs or along a beach. Having said that I do love sitting on a sofa in front of log fire.

I've known Bronwen for over 20 years, since our uni days and she's one of my favourite people in the world.
Bron knows herself and what she wants. She's a quiet achiever and successful in whatever she puts her mind to. You'll see she has an understated confidence about her most of the time but is also vulnerable under that. She appreciates being treated with the kindness, respect and affection that she naturally treats everyone she meets with.
Always clean and tidy, Bronwen likes things to be organised and feels comfortable when things are planned but can appreciate a bit of spontaneity too.
Bronwen has always enjoyed sport and adventure and makes a such a brilliant exercise companion that she's carved a living out of it.
Fiercely loyal, wonderfully generous and more reliable than anyone I know, Bron is a woman of her word and will do whatever it takes to honour promises and commitments that she's made.

B is kind, sensitive, unreally thoughtful, loyal, intelligent, funny, blisteringly organised and very tidy indeed. If there are leaves on the grass outside, B will brush them up.
She has a calm manner, but B is also fit and strong in a low key, unthreatening kind of way. You will gather that she is a successful self-employed PT. I have been to her 'boot camp' and survived and her clients universally talk about the unscariness of her model. It actually was fun! The worst aches I had afterward were my sides 😆. Though you should perhaps realise she has equipment in her house that looks like it is made for medieval jousting or ten pin bowling that I tend to look on with wonder and politely step around when I visit. She also makes really good food. B is most comfortable at home, I think, and around her lovely lads. She has a really keen eye for design and always seems to strike just the right balance between style and homeliness. She much prefers informality and I think her ideal man would also be more comfortable in trainers and a t-shirt (and some kind of bottoms, obviously) than a suit. She enjoys good 1:1 conversation and is a great hugger. If she's really relaxed and cosy, the eyes just close a while. And why not? When you leap and lift for a living and then all the usual things. All in all, a great, great girl who deserves to find happiness with somebody lovely.
