About him
I love growing and experiencing new things. I am dedicated to improving myself and my experience and work hard at this with varying degrees of success. I love nature and so outdoorsy stuff is always popular with me. Hiking, biking, climbing, running etc. I like reading too though and great films/TV as well as arts and crafts, so indoors is equally represented. I have a boat on a mooring in central London and intend to use that for work during the week but I'd like to go exploring green space at the weekends, possibly have a weekend home in the countryside? Either boaty or otherwise?
I enjoy yoga and meditation, as well as Pilates and the gym (outdoors preferably).
My mission in life is simply to connect ever deeper in all areas of my life. Romance is something that has gotten left behind in this respect and I intend to rectify this.
I'm generally fun, honest and kind. People describe me as big hearted. Which I find odd, as surely all our hearts are the same size, but I guess they mean I am empathetic to the world around me and act on those feelings. I am generally very sensitive, although not to be underestimated or misconstrued as weak. I've been through some shit, I assume most of us have.

My ideal match is emotionally intelligent and sensitive to the world around her. She is responsible for herself and her impact on her experience of the world. She is fun loving but equally at home in serious discussion/debate. She believes in making her dreams a reality and is passionate about what she does. She is honest and open.
I'd like to go walking with her and maybe even some running/biking/climbing? I like cooking, although I struggle to motivate myself to cook for 1, so, I'd love to share cooking responsibilities and prepare nice healthy food for one another. Travelling and theatre/cinema trips would also probably be in there somewhere.
She needs to be relatively independent and flexible, given my job is very full on and has very little routine or stability.
Deal breakers for me would be smoking or heavy drinking or anything showing a lack of self respect/love. Closed minded/resistant to growth would also be untenable quickly, I suspect.
