I am happy with life, but I am missing you! I am independent, focused, enthusiastic, quietly ambitious, bubbly, loving and caring.
I love the first coffee of the day, country walks, log fires, coffee shops, book shops, music, giggling, hiking, cocktails, pilates, cuddling & kissing.
I love reading fiction, it's one of the best forms of escapism for me. I love films too, but give me a book and a hammock and I'm happy. I'm musical too; I've played on the pyramid stage at Glastonbury (but don't get too excited about that!).
I am a big thinker, sometimes pensive. I love words too. Big nights out on the town are not my thing. I much prefer a meal out and good wine, conversation and humour (and a cocktail or two!).
I'm not a fitness fanatic by any stretch. To describe myself as sporty could be a slight stretch... however, I have recently rekindled my love for hockey and badminton, it's all coming back to me (slowly!). I love Pilates and the way it makes me feel stretched and relaxed, I must do more of it ...
I would like to travel more. I love France and Italy. I would love to do some more city breaks and county weekends away. Care to join me?
I have loads to give and would love to have some new and exciting experiences & adventures. I'm ready for the next chapter in my life. My fabulous forties ....

Clare has asked me to write a recommendation for "my single friend"! Where do I start! I͛'ve known Clare for more years than I care to remember!
She has always been, and still is, a good friend, loyal, caring and always ready with an encouraging word. She has two beautiful daughters, and together with a successful career take up quite a lot of her time. But she now needs some ͚me time͛. Someone who will be there for her at the end of tiring day. But she will also be there for you at the end of the same tiring day! She is bubbly, full of fun, and seems to have plenty of energy. She has the confidence to take her daughters on a Disney holiday on her own -but she would prefer to do this with someone special in her life! Clare is both my friend and my colleague and I am lucky to have her in my life on both counts! Clare is beautiful (in particular fabulous hair and legs - I will not comment on other body parts that may be of interest on here - that would be weird!!), intelligent, caring, considerate and fun to be around. My dance buddy at any event and so easy for anyone to get along with - a night out without her is just never the same! Clare is one of the most genuine and loving people I know and has a lot of love to give and deserves every bit of it back in return!
