About her
I'm new to this lark, so here goes. My friends think that I'm a kind and considerate person. I can be a bit shy until I get to know you. I've been told that I have a wicked sense of humour. I am a creative person and love art and design. I particularly like working with clay and have been doing ceramics for a few years now. Love Italy, the art, Boticelli, Fillipo Lippi faces, language and food, Greek Islands, Cornwall, History, early Motown, Vaughan Williams. Like the seasons but especially the summer. I spend time in the garden when I can and don't mind getting up to my eyes in it with dirt down my fingernails. Alternatively, I love clothes, shoes, perfume and feeling feminine. I like being outside, walk most days, enjoy nature and walking in the countryside but not if its too cold and wet!... My friends and family are very important to me. Love being near the sea, the sound and sight of the waves makes me emotional. I practice tai chi and yoga and keep myself fit. I am 67 but don't feel my age and don't act it! I like animals, especially daft dogs, have an elderly cat that would try the patience of a saint...I'm looking for someone who I could trust, someone thoughtful, who can make me laugh, can laugh at himself. I'm looking forward to a new beginning hopefully with someone for keeps.

My ideal match would be someone who is kind, considerate and patient. Someone who takes care of himself but isn't self obsessed. Trust is very important to me as is respect, which works both ways. Chemistry also goes without saying. I would like to be with someone who likes the simple things in life, who maybe has similar interests but not important. Just being with the right person is enough. I hate sarcasm, cynics, big heads and loudmouths. I would just wish to find someone who is considerate, thoughtful, enjoys life, who has his own interests but would like to spend time with me also. Its hard to put across exactly what makes someone right, you just know.
