About him
Hi - I'd say I'm growing old disgracefully but really I'm a hedonist with a sensible streak. Friends would say I'm a bit crazy but I know that my main traits are being organised, calm when necessary and a good person, certainly now I'm older and ..err.. wiser.
In June this year (2017) I finally retired, unless and until I get bored in which case I'll do a little part time.
I've played a lot of sport in my life and am still quite active. But I believe in balance in all things so certainly have no obsessions, just a little tennis, cycling, fishing and the occasional visit to the gym. I am fit (resting heart rate in the 40s and still the six pack of my youth).
So life is great but really I'm treading water. I wasn't put on this Earth to operate alone. I have had one long and lovely relationship and now I'd like another, someone with whom I can share everything this fantastic life has to offer.
Everyone seems to want to travel. For now I'd be happy with some weekends away. One day I'd like to go on a cruise but only one which sails at night and lets me off in the day.
Otherwise I'm something of a 'homeboy' - I like the comforts of a nice home and am still relishing the chance to be in it rather than half way up the country and staying in hotels. If you're still happily working don't worry, I'm told I'd make a decent house husband (but no, I'm not wearing marigolds!).

Btw - 'I will find you' is possibly the most romantic line in any film I have ever seen - Daniel Day Lewis' character shouts it to his girl before jumping into a raging waterfall in Last of the Mohicans.

Physically attractive but above all lovely inside. I'm 6ft but quite slim so ideally the same. Fit and a little sporty would be good but by no means mandatory.
Calm but excitable, confident but caring, thoughtful but, at times, daft. I'm healthy and fully functional so passion is definitely on the list. I love to cuddle, kiss and hold hands. Is there anyone out there who feels the same?
