Because my friends think I'm pretty darned amazing (I'm unknowingly being assisted 😇).
I have an insanely insular career that makes socialising a real challenge (it's hard enough as it is where I live).
My wit, energy, intelligence and general hilariousness are being utterly wasted and I should really be being loved and looked after, and loving and looking after someone in return.. (the author is pondering as to whether this sounds a little 'dogs trust', pah, we'll go with it)
I scrub up amazingly, although I still look ravishing in my poo covered overalls, the petite physique and bone structure helps..
I'm not remotely superficial, although I sincerely admire a strong work ethic and a generous nature (having both these qualities in bucket loads myself).
I think I'm due a bit of old fashioned romance and a jolly good laugh with a decent chap. There must be at least one out there that would enjoy a mulled wine by an open fire and a sharing of funny stories and some hopes and dreams of the future.. If I bore you with politics then you can tell me to stick a mince pie in my hole, banter is always welcome!!
