Sarah is a highly independent individual, intuitive, funloving, hardworking, has a strong self image and sense of integrity. It's important to her to be uniquely herself and she expects the same authenticity from others.
Personally she is very sweet, likes to engage in conversation and is able to admit to or correct the situation when things go wrong. Not overly critical but has more of a problem solving approach and has always worked hard to improve the situation for everyone. Sarah makes things better. She is also reliable, organised and yet still retains a level of excitement and enjoyment. She likes to have fun and discover new things. The world is a more exciting place with Sarah in it.

Sarah has a bright, curious spirit, always up for trying new things. She is very practical but has a fun streak a mile wide, and a playful sense of humour! I value her friendship because she is extremely kind, and her honesty makes me think about things even though it can be challenging. She has a deep appreciation for beauty and nature, and we have had some great times. One of my favourite memories is how we once escaped into the Bavarian woods to get away from horrible music at a festival and explored the forest instead. It doesn't matter where we are, we can always have a great conversation. She is also extremely loyal and thoughtful, and will go the extra mile for a loved one!

Sarah is one of the few people I know who will (to a healthy degree) actually prioritize the wants and needs of loved ones over her own. She's refreshingly genuine: openly calls BS on unsupported claims and holds people to their word, while completely accepting and understanding circumstances that are out of our control.
I'm one of the 6 kids she helped our parents raise in the terrible and sweet chaos that was our childhood.
I got to see her mental fortitude and patience reach exceptional levels early in life and then continue to manifest themselves throughout a successful HR career.
She can take the worst pain and sadness and somehow bake it into the sweetest and funniest desserts.
Oh and did I mention she can actually bake?
