I am a compassionate person who loves an intellectual conversation or just finding out about people. Fitness is important to me and I run 4 times a week. I also go to an Outside all weather Boot Camp.
I tend to see the best in people, I love animals and I get on with pretty much anybody I meet. I am quite a relaxed person, naturally optimistic. Although I do quite a serious job, I have learnt over the years to not take myself too seriously at all.
