London born and raised but heart drawn to the countryside and open spaces which I medicate by waking at dawn to ride the Household Cavalry horses in Hyde Park.
When not working I like the below:
- horse riding and all things equine
- spending time with friends either in a pub on on adventure to find a pub (especially for a good quiz
- watching cricket (TMS commentary obligatory)
- cooking and hosting dinners parties
- being outdoor
- Stephen Fry audio books (move over HP - Mythos and Heroes are amazing)
- making lists!

- Encyclopaedic knowledge of Blackadder
- Trekked in the Sahara desert for charity
- Did a triathlon (didn’t die)
- Recently switched from Capital radio to Heart as to old for this trendy popular music

- “borrowed” a tuk-tuk on the Kho San Road
- went fishing with one of America’s most wanted
