I am an educated lady who has had a busy professional life but is now retired and divorced from a man I had a very long marriage to.
I have my own home, car, lots of friends and interesting hobbies. I very much enjoy foreign travel long haul, city breaks and skiing holidays but I am equally happy being at home walking in the countryside or visiting theatres, galleries and cinema.
Although very young at heart I'm a bit old fashioned in as much as I expect a man to take the lead in relationships. I enjoy being looked after and cared for by a man.

I'm looking for a very serious long term relationship. A life partner who is kind, compassionate, caring and very stable.
Deal breakers for me would be men who smoke, had tattoos, were racially intolerant, abusive, held right wing views and drank too much.
I am a very warm and caring person and attracted to men who are emotionally intelligent and giving in their personality.
I particularly like the theatre, cinema, arts and all kinds of music. My hobbies include swimming, walking, skiing, gardening, and travelling. I'm a terrible driver but enjoy being driven to lovely country locations for walks, pub meals or short breaks.
