I finally convinced my lovely friend to try MSF, as it worked for me (Married with a baby!) and I always think I am a far better promoter of her than herself, there you go her first trait is modesty! However that is not the first thing that I am sure as a guy looking for a partner will necessarily notice - as she's gorgeous, inside and out - cheesy but true.

So what do you need to know about Ceire, other than the glaringly obvious from the photographs, she has a heart of gold, is generous to a fault, but no fool, shy to start, then endless fun once she gets to know you, and whilst a lady, once the rugby comes on (she's an Irish fan) wow!

I am in awe of how my friend juggles her career, she's smart but not smug and gives great advice, believe me, thankfully I have been on the end of it a few times. Which leads me to another trait that I don't even think Ceire recognises in herself, how she supports her friends and family, she is so loyal and one of the strongest people I know. Ask her about the time she flew out to the Middle East for a weekend so I wouldn't be on my own for her birthday!

Ceire has endless energy and throws herself into life, from skiing to yoga, even climbing base camp Everest and can kill a Barry's boot camp session, even after a night out! Don't be fooled by that though, she loves her food and happily nails through a Cadbury's fruit and nut that she always has in her fridge so there is definitely balance.

I would love for my fabulous friend to find someone to share her life with, the good times and the not so good times, from skydiving one weekend, to cuddles on the couch the next. I hope I have done my lovely friend justice, because believe me guys this one won't be around for long, all I ask is that you are looking for love and wanting to find someone to explore life together. I look forward to meeting you.
