About him
North Londoner living in Highgate and working as a hospital director for the NHS, though I'm about to venture into the world or mental health. I'm lucky to be passionate about my job and am also setting up some charity campaigns on the side.
Like most people I'm a lover of travelling, and have been lucky enough to live abroad a few times, as well as being a dual British and Australian national. I have a lengthy bucket list of destinations/experiences to tick off over the next few years and am not entirely sure where to begin.
I enjoy keeping fit and am a regular at the gym at pilates, whilst simultaneously trying to fall in love with running, but I have not firmly given up on yoga.
I enjoy reading, in fact the best gift I've been given for some time was a 12 month subscription from Daunt Books from my mother for my birthday, always have a couple on the go.
I'm a bit of an odd ethnic mix being a Syrian, Iraqi and Czech Jew which essentially means that I love cooking a variety of different foods and am perpetually full of both bread and guilt.
Favourite book - To Kill a Mockingbird, favourite series - The West Wing, favourite movie Top Gun, favourite album - The Joshua Tree, favourite cocktail - Old Fashioned, favourite restaurant - either Hawksmoor or Banners.
Dislikes include Marmite, tinned tuna and inadequately buttered crumpets.
