Important things to me that fill my soul with joy are my children, daily yoga (not the egotistical kind, the self evolving practice), laughing, teaching, cooking, eating the cooking, travel, people, friends and beer.

My ideal match would be someone who enjoys laughter, is honest, enjoys a beer (of course!), has a spiritual destination of their own, I quite fancy rugby types, well educated but not egotistical, a quiet observer with an inner knowing of themselves and comfortable in their own skin. Hair and nice teeth are definitely a bonus!
